チャネルが同定された。そこで本研究では,平滑筋に発現するPiezo1 チャネルの結腸運動調節における役割について明らかにすることを目的とし,マウス結腸平滑筋においてPiezo1 チャネル作動薬であるYoda1の収縮活性に対する効果について検討した。その結果,Piezo1
