| 内容記述 | This study was conducted to investigate whether there would be any difference in motivation and instructional preferences between the English and the non-English majors who were taking classes of the Special English Program at Kyoto Sangyo University. A total of 138 students were asked to answer a questionnaire that consisted of 20 items dealing with motivation and 11 items dealing with instructional preferences. A FACETS analysis showed that the English majors and the non-English majors were not different in motivation or instructional preferences, which did not accord with the results factor analysis and ANOVA showed in my previous study. However, some items were significantly different across majors, which also did not accord with the results of my previous study. | |||||
