社会科学系列"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿は、主に中小規模の事業所が大きな割合を占める兵庫県西宮市という限定された地域の事業所データを利用し、企業における女性の活用の実態を男女均等待遇策及び両立支援策という二つの女性雇用戦略の側面から探ることを目的としている。\n まず、男女均等待遇の施策、並びに両立支援策がどれぐらい進展しているかを基本的なデータから考察することにする。次に、実証モデルにより、それらの施策の導入は、どのような要因と関連があるのか、また、それらの施策は相互にどのような関連性があるのか、また、それらの施策が女性正社員比率に及ぼす影響を検討する。\n 本稿の分析結果から、主に以下のようなことが明らかとなった。\n 中小規模にあっても何らかの男女均等待遇策に取り組む企業の割合は多く、それは、恐らく法的な強制力の影響や企業での関心の高さであると考えられる。一方、両立支援策に関しては、法的な影響よりもむしろ、女性正社員のニーズが高いことやその企業の中で代替要員の問題が解決している場合など、企業の特性に大きく関与している。\n
