社会科学系列"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"少子化が深刻化する中で、男性労働者を対象に含めた育児休業法が1992年より施行された。しかし、2003年においても男性の育児休業取得率は0.44%と極めて低い状態である。一方で、2002年以降、政府は、少子化対策プラスワンにおいて、男性の働き方の見直しを強調するとともに、男性の育児休業取得率の目標を10%に設定している。\n
