社会科学系列"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"日本、欧州ともに、労働市場において、非正規雇用者が増加してきている。サービス業の比率上昇や、グローバル化の進展とともに雇用流動化が進められてきているためである。そのような中で近年、日本において、非正規化問題の政策的な議論が活発になされるようになってきている。特に、最近は、日本の問題を多面的に捉えるために、欧州の非正規雇用との比較が重要視されるようになってきた。\n　そこで、本稿では、EU諸国の中核にあるフランスの非正規雇用に焦点を当て、その特徴や実態を考察するとともに、非正規雇用者の就労意識をフランス・日本で比較分析したいと考える。そこから日本の非正規問題の課題について考える契機としたい。なお、本稿での考察、分析には、著者が、2008年に日本で実施したアンケート調査とインタビュー調査、2010年にフランスで実施したアンケート調査とインタビュー調査から得られたミクロデータを使用する。\n　得られた主要な知見は以下の通りである。\n　第一に、雇用流動化とともに拡大してきたフランスの非正規雇用における有期限雇用者の仕事全般の満足度は決して低くない。有給休暇の権利や職業訓練の権利が無期限雇用者と同じ条件で与えられる他、不安定雇用を保障する手当が上乗せされるといった措置があるからである。また、無期限雇用に移行するステップとして考えられていることも関連している。\n　第二に、フランスの非正規雇用のパートタイム雇用者は、非自発的な選択であることが多い。パートタイム男性の場合は、約6割強が非自発的選択をしており、日本の男性パートタイマーとよく似た状況であることが示されている。\n　第三に、日本の場合には正規雇用では雇用安定性、賃金に満足度が高く、非正規雇用では、時間や休暇に満足度が高い。日本の働き方の選択は、安定と賃金を取るか、時間や休暇を取るかという二者択一の状況にあることが反映していると思われる。一方、フランスの場合には、非正規雇用でも雇用安定性に満足であったり、賃金に満足であったりする働き方が存在している。\n　日本には、1970年代以降に志向してきた性別役割分業社会がなお根強く残っている。今もなお、正規雇用は男性的、世帯主型の働き方で、非正規雇用は女性的、家計補助型の働き方である。一方、フランスは、同時期以降、就労する女性を積極的に支援する男女平等型社会を志向してきた。そのような中でフランスでは、雇用形態あるいは性別によって、労働条件、社会保障に差別のない制度を不断なく構築してきている。なおパートタイムに男女不平等的な側面が若干見られるものの、労働者側の非正規雇用に対する満足度が日本に比べ、多様でかつ高いのは、そのような普遍的な制度構築のためであろう。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"要旨\n１．はじめに\n２．データ\n３．フランスの非正規雇用の特徴と実態\n
