年に米国,欧州,日本並みに厳しい自動車燃費規制を導入した。同国では自動車保有台数が急増しているにも関わらず,パリ協定のもとで効果的な二酸化炭素(CO2)削減を約束していない。これまでの既存研究では,交通部門からのCO2
