{"created":"2023-05-15T14:42:21.818950+00:00","id":2624,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"5c50fd45-79f7-412d-b923-8c189f58792b"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"2624","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2624"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:ksu.repo.nii.ac.jp:00002624","sets":["14:179:191"]},"author_link":["6949","6854","6855","6856","22301"],"control_number":"2624","item_2_biblio_info_12":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2013-07","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"31","bibliographicPageStart":"21","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"12","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"京都産業大学先端科学技術研究所所報"},{"bibliographic_title":"The bulletin of the Research Institute of Advanced Technology Kyoto Sangyo University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"麻酔は実験動物に対して大きな影響を与え、それによって動物実験のデータも大きく影響を受ける。従って、動物実験において麻酔の適切な使用は重要である。前回の京都産業大学先端科学技術研究所所報第11号において、全く新しいマウスへの気管チューブの挿管法と吸入麻酔法に検討し、その結果を報告した。その際、7匹中3匹のマウスが、気管チューブ挿管中あるいは直後に、呼吸不全を起こし、そのうちの2匹が死亡した。そこで、今回の実験では、その改善策を検討するに当たり、前投薬およびその投与方法に注目して検討した。今回、ペントバルビタールの代わりに用いた前投薬は、Kawaiらが2011年に報告した。メデトミジン（商品名：ドミトール、日本全薬工業株式会社）0.3mg/kg、ミダゾラム（商品名：ドルミカム、アステラス製薬株式会社）4.0mg/kg、ブトルファノール（商品名：ベトルファール、Meiji Seikaファルマ株式会社）5.0mg/kgを混合したもの（M/M/B:0.3/4/5）を用いた。また、メデトミジンに対する拮抗薬であるアチパメゾール（商品名：アンチセダン、日本全薬工業株式会社）を麻酔回路接続後に腹腔内投与した。その結果、気管挿管に際して、呼吸困難を呈するマウスは1匹もおらず、すべてのマウスにおいて気管チューブ挿管が1分以内に成功した。また、抜管時および抜管後のトラブルも全く認められなかった。以上の結果から、M/M/B: 0.3/4/5を前投薬として使用する事によりマウスの気管チューブ挿管が安全かつ確実に行う事が出来、人工呼吸器を装着した吸入麻酔も安全かつ安定し、さらには動物愛護精神にも則った状態で実現可能である事が示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Anesthesia has strong influences to laboratory animals, and is one of the factors that greatly affect the experimental data. So the appropriate and effective methods is necessary in laboratory animal experiment. Major purposes for anesthesia are nar- cosis, analgesia and relaxation, and anesthetic agents are commonly used for the purpose of sedative and/or analgetic effects to laborator y animals. General Anesthe- sia is common compared with Local anesthetics to experimental animals, and suit- able for prolonged anesthesia including surgery, dissection of the animals and so on. We reported that the endoscope system made the intubation so easy and safety in the bulletin of the research institute of advanced technology, number 11, Kyoto Sangyo University（2012） But, an improvement was necessary on the premedication and its method. We used the mixture reported by Kawai et al.（2011）and found that it's suitable for the premedication of the murine trachael
