However, complete genome and transcript data for this species are not yet available and several ongoing analyses are underway to obtain these using next-generation sequencing. At this stage, the obtained datasets are quite large and the outputs are in different formats.\n　In this study, we tried to construct a database to store and integrate data from various studies on R.aquatica.
