 note = {地球上の多彩な生物の形の多様性が生じる仕組みを，「発生」，「進化」，「環境」という3つの異なる観点から総合的に理解しようとするのが「生態進化発生学（エコ- エボ- デボ）」である。総合学術研究所生態進化発生学研究センターは，生物のゲノムやトランスクリプトームなどのオミックス情報を統合的に解析することで，生物の形の多様性が生じる仕組みを理解することを目的として，平成27年10月に発足した。生態進化発生学を標榜した研究拠点は国内外に見当たらず，オミックス研究で十分な実績を持つ教員が連携して技術やノウハウを結集することで，我が国を代表する先進的な研究拠点の形成を目指している。, Center for Ecological Evolutionary Developmental Biology is established as one of the research center in Institute of Comprehensive Academic Research in 2015. The center is supported by Grants-in-Aid from MEXT-Supported Program for the Strategic Research Foundation at Private Universities. The center’s research efforts focus on several areas to understand the relationship between plant and environment and its evolutionary background. Especially we study the mechanism of phenotypic plasticity on leaf shape of North American Lake Cress, Rorippa aquatica by Omics approaches.
