japonicaは、北海道および沖縄県を除く本州、四国、九州および一部の離島に分布している在来種である。ニホンミツバチは、病害虫への抵抗性が高く貴重な遺伝的資源としての利用が期待されている。今回の調査では、京都、奄美大島、対馬島の3地域の野生のニホンミツバチのミトコンドリア全ゲノム配列の解読を次世代シーケンサーにより行った。本種のミトコンドリア全ゲノム配列はおよそ1.6kbpの環状構造を持ち、13個のタンパク質コード遺伝子、22個のtRNA遺伝子、2個のrRNA遺伝子および1個のAT-rich regionから構成されていた。また、3地域の全長配列の間には、遺伝子の配置転換等の構造レベルの変異は確認されなかった。全長配列を元にした遺伝距離は、京都–奄美間で0.0006、京都–対馬間で0.0015、奄美と対馬間で0.0017となり、各地域の固有性を示すとともに、相対的なレベルでの対馬個体の固有性と京都–奄美個体間の近縁性が示唆された。さらに、遺伝子領域ごとの遺伝距離の比較から、領域ごとの進化速度は一定ではないことが明らかとなった。以上の結果から、地域固有の遺伝子資源を持っている可能性が高く、今後の研究により抵抗性系統発見が期待される結果を得ることができた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"京都産業大学先端科学技術研究所"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11815191","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1347-3980","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"高橋,
