This paper is the first report of「The actual research of the diversity and equality of obligation schools. (The special theme research of KSU 2012~2013)」.
Recently, the diversity of obligation schools is extending rapidly. For example, the community schools and the nine years combined schools are definite models.
The aim of this paper is to definite the problems of the diversity equality of obligation schools.
In 2012, I enforced the questioner research for the principals and the local board of education. After the questioner research, I interviewed some principals and the staffs of local board of education. This paper is the first report of my research.
Next year, I will research about the nine years combined schools and report the problems of diversity and equality of obligation schools.
