| 内容記述 | 本論は，平成24，25年度特定課題研究「義務教育学校における多様性と平等性に関する実証的研究－－ コミュニティ・スクールと施設一体型小中一貫教育校に着目して－－」の初年度の研究報告である。本課題研究は，コミュニティ・スクールと施設一体型小中一貫教育校を，近年急速に進む公立義務教育学校の多様化の具体化ととらえ，政策としての多様化が何を目指すものであり，どのような課題を有するものかについて実証的に明らかにすることを目的とするものであるが，24年度はコミュニティ・スクールに対する行政担当者，校長の意識を中心に考察を進めたので，本論ではコミュニティ・スクールに関する考察を中心に報告する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper is the first report of「The actual research of the diversity and equality of obligation schools. (The special theme research of KSU 2012～2013)」. Recently, the diversity of obligation schools is extending rapidly. For example, the community schools and the nine years combined schools are definite models. The aim of this paper is to definite the problems of the diversity equality of obligation schools. In 2012, I enforced the questioner research for the principals and the local board of education. After the questioner research, I interviewed some principals and the staffs of local board of education. This paper is the first report of my research. Next year, I will research about the nine years combined schools and report the problems of diversity and equality of obligation schools. |
