| 内容記述 | This paper investigates the effects of the choices made by Japanese multinationals between Japanese and English as their corporate language. Ethnocentric management style and traditional Japanese communication incur great costs for Japanese corporations, particularly in utilizing global human resources. But they also bring benefits in highly competitive manufacturing operations. This research calls attention to the importance of language as a managerial issue. |
