| 内容記述 | 2015年10月1日に設立された「グローバル公共財研究センター」は，平成27年度から平成29年度までの3年間，「科学技術革新と武力紛争形態の変容：新しい戦争に対する国際法整備のための学際研究」に取り組んでいる。その研究目的は，科学技術革新（特に，サイバー技術，無人航空機，ロボット兵器）が武力紛争に与える影響を学際的に研究することである。そのために，研究メンバー6名は，国際法，公共財学，経済学，政治学，知識情報学を専攻する研究者から構成されている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The Research Center for Global Public Goods was founded at Kyoto Sangyo University on 1st October 2015. To carry out its multi-disciplinary research, the Center is composed of six members who specialize in international law, theory of public goods, economics, political science, and intelligence science and technology. The Center’s initial research theme for the three-year period from April 2015 to March 2018 is “Technological Innovation and Transformation of the Methods of Armed Conflict: Multi-disciplinary Research on International Law for the New Types of War”. In particular, the research is focused on such technological innovations as cyber technology, unmanned aircraft, and robotic weapons. | |||||
