| 内容記述 | The Kamigamo area is older than Heiankyo, and there is the history more than 1,300 years. In the case of the Heiankyo removal as the capital, Kamigamo Shrine was placed with north defense, and veneration from the Imperial Court was thick, too. Many cultural events have been handed down to the Kamigamo area. However, the local community begins to be weakened under the influence of recent housing estate and declining birthrate, and the maintenance of the cultural events gradually becomes difficult. For traditional culture succession and the local environmental maintenance and local activation, the author carried out various kinds of environmental learning activity in Kamigamo area for ten several years. One of what I understood through these activities was importance of the leaders. If there is not a leader, the activity of the software becomes extinct. And I was not able to find that I brought up a leader in the Kamigamo area. One of the causes that a leader does not grow up at Kamigamo area is Opposition of Shake and the farmhouse. And it is expected that this opposition continues even after 100 years. Shake and association of self-government society erected a birth place monument of Rosanjin Kitaoji by a joint signature. This was an epoch-making event since Kamigamo area began. However, I will be difficult in future if there is not the third party like the author. The activity of the hardware is accompanied by much difficulty by human relations and the acquisition of the fund for the realization in comparison with activity of the software, but it exists in the long term in the area, and it can continue affecting the society. In addition, the reader is not necessary for the area after completion, too. The author contributed to local activation by the collaboration with inhabitants in the Kamigamo area. Particularly, the author did big contribution for bringing up children. It was not to be able to do it in the local inhabitants. I will develop activity to shimogamo area and Kamo areas in the country. |
